Download EA Form 2025, C.P.8A and C.P.8D/E

Currently the latest EA Form is C.P.8A – Pin 2024

New EA Form may be available in January but has not been announced yet. As the PCB calculations have not changed, changes to the format is not expected. Even if there are minor changes, based on past years, the 2024 format should still be valid for 2025. 

Pursuant to the provision under subsection 83(1A) of ITA 1967, employers are required to prepare Form C.P.8A (EA) / C.P.8C (EC) for the year ended 2025 and render the completed form to all their employees on or before 28 February 2026.

EA Form and C.P.8D forms are available in both English and Malay versions, but the Excel versions are only available in Malay.

In accordance with subsection 83(1A) of the Income Tax Act 1967 (ITA 1967), the Form C.P.8A
must be prepared and rendered to the employees on or before 28 February to enable them to
complete and submit their respective Return Form within the stipulated period.

2025 EA Form, E Form and C.P.8D download links

Currently there are no 2025 forms for download. Only 2023 and 2024 EA forms are available. Also some forms are not available as a single file. Form submissions to LHDN must be made using these forms. English versions are for reference only.

EA Form for 2024 is not available as a separate file. It is found in the pdf file “Contoh Borang E 2024″. The EA Form is found on page 4 of the PDF file.
