Download EA Form 2022/2023, C.P.8A and C.P.8D/E Form Guide

EA Form for 2022 is the same as EA Form 2021 except for the Pin number. No changes have been made to the content of the form, but there is some change to the entry criteria for SOCSO. In EA and E Form for 2021 the SOCSO entry was for SOCSO only. For 2022 the SOCSO entry includes EIS. So entry for SOCSO for pin 2022 is SOCSO + EIS.

New EA Form for 2022 Available

The latest version of the EA form for 2022 is : (C.P.8A – Pin. 2022)

In accordance with subsection 83(1A) of the Income Tax Act 1967 (ITA 1967), the Form C.P.8A ( Form EA )/ C.P.8C must be prepared and rendered to the employees on or before 28 February 2023 to enable them to complete and submit their respective Return Form within the stipulated period.

 

Due date to furnish Form E (and C.P.8D) for the Year of Remuneration 2022 is 31 March 2023.

EA Form and C.P.8D forms are available in both English and Malay versions, but the Excel versions are only available in Malay.
