New Customer Payroll Price
The Actpay license fee is based on calendar year of purchase. Full updates and support up to December of the year irrespective of month of purchase. Software will continue to work the next year, but will not be eligible for updates.
The annual license fee for Actpay payroll varies from RM100 to RM500. Includes all updates and support for the year.
The Annual License fee is due in January of each calendar year.
The license fee includes all updates and online support for the calendar year.
There are no other costs or hidden fees. One price for all support and updates are included in the Annual license fee.
Actpay has been approved by LHDN since 2014. You can be confident of our payroll calculations. We have had 100% correct calculations for the last 6 years. We are so confident that we provide a Money back Guarantee.
We guarantee all calculations are correct including PCB. There may be rare cases where there are differences of 1 sen or 5 sen due to different rounding used by various software.
Actpay has an initial payment and an Annual fee. The annual fee for most products is less than RM1 a day.
For Actpay10 = Over 1 year : 250/365 = RM0.68
For Actpay30 = Over 2 years : Actpay30 (RM500+RM200)/365/2 = RM0.95 )

For Actpay10 = Over 2 years : (250+100)/10 staff /24 months = RM1.45 per staff per month
For Actpay30 = Over 2 years : (RM550+RM200)/30 staff /24 months = RM0.97 per staff per month

Go to our Actpay services website for more information. We have customised solutions for client using Time attendance using finger print, card or other methods. We are able to extract data from time management software including overtime and holiday directly into our payroll system.
