We are available most of the time during work hours ready to solve your problems immediately. By exchanging screen shots using chat, most problems are solved within minutes. - Email support
We reply to all emails within the same working day and solve most issues within minutes. In case of more complex problems it may take a little longer, but we should be able to solve any issue within 24 hours. As long as clients reply our emails promptly we can solve any problem within 24 hours. - Phone
If necessary we will provide phone support especially when it is difficult for the client to explain their problems clearly. If the problem still persists we will use remote desktop software to directly diagnose the problem on the clients PC.
