Employee Screen


The Employee Screen displays a list of the staff and their basic details. Clicking on an Employee will set all Detailed screens to the chosen Employee.

Note : The Month in the example is 03, meaning it is showing March data. Choose the month to see the data for the chosen month. 

The following functions are available on the Employee Screen.

  1. Add and Edit Buttons will take you to the Personal Info Screen to add or edit details.
  2. Export File will export all information found on this screen to “Employee List …csv” file. This file will be found in the payroll directory.
  3. All fields can be sorted. Clicking on the name heading will result in the table sorted by name. Note that the name on top of the screen also matches the name in the table.
